Currently, urine Albuminuria-to-Creatinine Ratio (UACR) and estimation of GFR (eGFR) does not have the sensitivity and specificity for early prediction of diabetic kidney disease(DKD) in type 2 diabetic patient (T2DP). Thus, both UACR and eGFR are unfit for DKD management.
